Gift Searching

After searching the appropriate items, customer can notify us through email or on-line enquiry form with product names and other production requirements.
Quotation Submission

Quotation will be submitted according to customer’s requirements; and the customer needs to sign back the quotation for final confirmation.
Intensive Follow-up

To provide the product design layout, and the product sample to be provided upon to customer’s request after product design confirmation (sample fee charge).
Quality Control

Customer needs to pay 50% deposit after confirmation of the product sample and agree to produce the entire items, it allows to checking the product during production time by customer’s preservative.
Effective Delivery

Customer needs to pay the balance of the payment after production, and confirm the delivery time and location, no matter local or overseas delivery, we will make the delivery on time.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The range of minimum order is from tens to thousands; please refer to the individual gift information.
Is it allow to purchase quantity is lower than the minimum order requirement?

We welcome any customer enquiry, and will negotiate with the factory in order to satisfy customer’s need.
Is it allow to order different colors but at the same style of the items within the minimum order quantity?

How to handle the shipment for the overseas customers?

We will deliver the goods to the customer's designated location by EXW, and the customer may needs to pay the extra cost.
What kind of currency do you accept for the payment of the overseas customer?
